HOW IT ALL BEGAN

SATHI CARE LTD was established in January 2017.

 

At SATHI CARE LTD, the Registered Manager, Anma Salim Khan, is an experienced Social Care Manager who has been educated at Cornell and Harvard Universities in the USA. In the UK, he has completed NVQ Level 4 (RMA) in Health and Social Care, as well as Level 3 in Assessing Candidates in Health and Social Care. In addition, he holds a Certificate in Education and a Certificate in Dementia from Stirling University in the UK.

 

He has worked as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care in London and has also held Registered Manager roles in care homes in London during two separate periods: from June 2009 to February 2012, and again in 2015. He specialises in home care, recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing support and supervision.

He excels in developing care and support plans, as well as conducting risk assessments within the service user’s home, ensuring a safe environment for both service users and care workers.
